Goal of IFS
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a type of mental health counseling that focuses on the "internal family" of a person. This approach views the mind as a system of different parts, each with its own unique characteristics and functions.
The goal of IFS therapy is to help individuals identify and understand their different parts, and to work towards healing and integrating them into a cohesive whole. This can lead to improved emotional regulation, increased self-awareness, and a greater sense of inner peace.
The 8 C's of IFS
The outcome of the therapeutic IFS process is that you are freed to live more fully from the 8 C's of your core Self: confidence, calm, compassion, courage, creativity, clarity, curiosity, and connectedness.

Feeling and being kind towards oneself.
Being open to new possibilities.
Seeing things for what they are.
